CGTalk - 3ds max 5 problem

mhh
i found a big problem in 3ds max 5,
when i want to delete a point on a poly-mesh
the surface will also deleted
(here i can use the tool mesh-tool 3 for this problem)
but when i delete a edge
the surface/poly also are deleted
and to cap this you need even too much time

so is there a script there this problem will be eliminated?

You must use the remove function, just above extrude one :wip:
