Hey guys, I'm trying to rig this thing and I just have no idea how to do it. I was hoping that someone here could give me some advice. I want the legs to bend fully at each joint and I want the hanging down thing under the body to sway back and forth. Anhy suggestiong or help would be great. Thanks

Hahaha, sorry, I can't help being a smartass sometimes... It's in my blood I'm thinking???

But anyways, what is it going to do? Walking on those legs? Or is it a swimmer kind of thing? I'll take the easies approach and tell you you could just do a simple three joint FK set-up for each leg. I'm not sure exactly how you would go about doing an IK set up for it, but I'd imagine just two chains and come up with some method to drive the first by the second.

The for the sack, I'd just have a few joints in a chain in there, and maybe have those with some rough geometry soft bound to it, so that you can kind of wag the bottom of it back and forth.
Then you could convert it to a soft body and set the floppiness on it so it jiggles, or simply add a jiggle deformer. (This is all assuming it's done in Maya, I didn't notice what app you are using and I'm not as savy with any others, soooo!)

by the way, i'm using 3ds max. I'm sure that will help a lot to know that.

Nice model, I can't give better advice then what was already been given above. Please post updates, I'm excited to hear how it comes out

i'm stuck in finals right now. When I can start working on it again, I'll be using my wacom. Hopefully that'll make doing the textures much much easier.
