CGTalk - Underside of labels

Hi Guys, it's me and my smirnoff bottle again.

I have labels stuck on a glass bottle which is transparent. When you pan around the bottle you see the underside of the labels which are just mirror images of the labels. In reality, these would be white. How can I make the underside of my projected labels white.

You may be able to use a double sided shader. I cant remember exactly how its done at the moment, but it can be found in the maya help menu.
