View Full Version : New to Maya...need learning book suggestions

I'm new to Maya but not to 3D. I've used 3dstudio max since it was a dos program. Just looking for a book that will get me up and running quickly. Any suggestions?

The Instant Maya pdf's are the best place to start. If you've been using Max that long you should be pretty good with 3D, and the Instant Maya Tutorials will give you enough of a tour of Maya's interface to get going.
