Uh that's not really possible. A flat 2D image doesn't contain magical parallax information to enable people to move the image around and get different views. You can use front projection techniques and such to try and use this photo as a texture, but you can't get any additional dimensional information from it. A photo is a photo and the only information it contains is what you in those pixels.

The problem is "barrel distortion":

The program "hugin" correct lens "barrel distortion" and remove perspective effects:

Leigh was right, what you'll get from that will be second-rate. Find a place to take the shot you need from above a street, on an overcast day, and make something higher quality - even some images you can find on the internet would be better than what you're starting with. You should only do perspective adjustment for very small corrections, not big ones like that.

Yea the perspective is just too severe there. It's possible to correct minor perspective probs using crop in Photoshop but as the others said, you can't get visual information which you cannot already see in the image.

Are you looking for something like this?
http://www.texturemaker.com/overview/textractor.htm
"Textractor tool to extract textures from photos with perspective correction"

Exactly, this is what i wanted
Leigh, jeremybirn , quality is not my concern, i wouldn't mind if the result came out bad, i just want to change back its perpective thats all.
Does anyone know other programs besides Textractor from texturemaker.com ?
Thnx

In all honesty, in the time it's taken between your last post and the previous one, you could have painted your own texture like that from scratch ;) Actually, painting it from scratch would take around 20-30 minutes
Quality should ALWAYS be your main concern :) This industry is about making stuff that looks good, not making stuff that looks okayish. Perspective corrections, as Jeremy mentioned, are fine on small things, but they don't work for large areas.
That window that was used in the example for Textractor worked because it was at a really slight angle. Hell, you could do that manually in Photoshop and get the same result as far as I am concerned.

this isn't about making my image good or bad, and yes i definetly know that this industry is about quality . but this is a test so screw quality
what i needed to know is the programs that allows me to change image perspective.
(like what Textractor does) :deal: and forget the image i posted
