Hi Guys

How can I solve this problem?
Everytime i want to bend the arm to this angle or more the mesh collapses.
I know that in max there are joint angle deformer or bulge angle deformer to do this.
How can i do this in Maya?

Go to paint weights and make sure the arm joint isn't influencing the shoulder too much. You want some weighting there but not much.

The shoulder area can be tough so its often a good idea to set up some corrective blendshapes driven by the arm joint rotation using some set driven keys.

You could also use an influence object to help maintain the volume of the shoulder.
