I am trying to animate a steering wheel from raw data in 3ds max. the data is in a text file format and has one column on the left for time and one column on the right for rotation on the z axis. example:
Time, Steering,
0.00000, 1.78196
0.02000, 1.49416
0.04000, 1.62699
0.06000, 1.33919
0.08000, 0.87429
0.10000, 1.00712
0.12000, 0.63077
0.14000, 0.83001
