Hi All. Here's a weird random question:
A teacher of mine has an old, old CD Rom whose embedded media files are difficult to access, given that we are many, many OSs beyond what it was intended for. A cursory exploration of the CD shows media directories but they contain files like VAULT.DAT and VAULT.IDX Is there a way to find/extract the quicktime files so that we can save them in a more current format?
All of this is being done for eductaional/academic purposes. There is no profit motive or copyright infringement issue here.
