As I wrote on the image "concept by me" its only the base lines which is taken from the real life SLK maybe I should have wrote it a bit clearer....

But thanks cause now people know

good work !

But I would like to leave some points in the air...

The texture is very clear and the anisotripic effect is very strong and wide... maybe the model could have a little more details in the shocks and wheels...

keep working...good job !

if it's based on the SLK 230 Kompressor, the "concept" isn't yours. Not by a longshot. Maybe "modifications by me" would've been better.

HEY OK

But who cares I mean take a look at the model
The concept of the original car isn't mine everybody knows that. but the concept of the all the modifications is, you know what I mean.

wow the feedback on CG TALK sux ass.

PoPpin, excellent work.
I know many professional concept designer who do far less "modifications" than you have and call it their own design.

The vehicule is very well done, and in my humble
professional opinon, better than the car which inspired your model.

tight man.

don't let jack-ass feedback get you down.

WHAT modifications are you talking about? To me all it looks like all he did was alter the shape of the grille. As far as the model itself, it's a good job. A few things I would change are the headlight texture, make it more transparent and reduce the bump map, also it wouldn't hurt to tile it a bit, the "ridges" look too big. The rims need work, IMO they are too average and unoriginal. The color of the paintjob is putrid, but that's just a personal opinion, the texture itself isn't all that bad, just a bit too shiny. The seats could use some texture as well.

Thanks guys:thumbsup:

I will (when I have some spare time) do alot of work on this baby

Door handle (its a good thing)
Maybe some Xeon headlights (they look so fancy)
change the environment to a new and cool one
make the the cabin and grill look more realistick

thanks again for the constructive crits

See YA
