personally i think i might go mad if i had a bathroom with that intense of a repeating contrast... perhaps if the grit was lighter it wouldn't be so bad.
that aside, it's a nice render. it might be better with some more intense lighting, like a yellow sunset light instead of just white overcast light.

Good job! I'd like to know the trick you used to get a random bump on each tile on the wall!
About contrast:
Maybe the color of the basin could be light.
And the specularity on the chrome could be raised.
But this is stylish! I love the flowerpot ;)

The reflection on the tiles is great.
I am interested on how to get te reflection on each tile different.
What`s the trick?

Maybe a lightsource in the ceiling? Whats with the large squares in the tiling on the wall.
