Hi,

is there any way how I can make an expression that changes the size or the alpha of the particles depending on their age?
I didn't find a parameter that represents the actual age of the particles.

Thanks.

For example you you want to animate color (or alpha) depending on age :

In PType property page, go to Color tab, set Animation Reference to Age.
Then you can set keys on the color sliders using the timeline as age percentage, that is to say frame 1 represents 1% (birth of particle) and frame 100 represents 100% (death of particle).

Thanks, I tried this with the size and Age% but my particles never disappeard, which means they never got so small that I couldn't see them anymore.

I have a sphere which is instanciated. Does the alpha work with that?
