my computer system is winxp sp2.photoshop can not open some .png format files.but i can open them on another computer(winxp sp1).is this the fault of windows or photoshop?how should i do?please give me some advice.thx in advance.

sounds weird. try converting them to .tga's and opening those.

Could be a SP2 problem... check with Adobe tech support. Or use another program to convert to another format.

no programme can open them.even ACDess.

but if you can open them on another computer, just do that, then try converting them to whatever.
