Hey everyone. Ive been working in photoshop for a while, trying to get down a good technique. I think im finally on to something, so let me know what you guys think!

I kinda like the soft shading approach in this drawing, but it does need a bit more contrast, especially around areas that require more definition (the face mainly).
Try to alter your tones more, and add a little more variation to the colour.

Try adding some subtle warm touches to the cheeks and stomach, and contrast this with cooler shadows. It looks like you're a little unsure with photoshop at the moment, but remember there's a history palette, so you can afford to be bold and free with your technique. One of the greatest assets you can have with any form of painting is confidence.

you're onto i t Stewart. good characters too.
I gotta try out that history brush tthing.
