Hello, all. Quick and simple question.s I'm about to start a long training session with Motion Builder to improve my animation workflow within Maya.
My question is:
Does motion builder have to ability to put dynamics into the joints, set collision objects, much like you can use Maya hair with joints within Maya, then bake em into regular FK keyticks(So I can bring em back into Maya and make "clips" out of them)? This is crucial for secondary motion like ponytails and loincloths.
The important thing is, I want to know if I can set dynamics to the "joints", not the geo.
I hope it does, cause it's the one feature that I desperately need in a realtime animation package.
My second question:
Is there an SDK(set driven key) type equivalent feature within MB that will allow me to use an integer to manage a set of complex joint rotations?
Thanks, all :)
