Please note that I intend to use several UV sets (Maya) and I have just laid out the UVs like this so that each square would represent a UV set. I have tried to achieve as little stretching as possible when laying out my UVs which resulted in a few more pieces than I expected. Also, I try to keep the UVs' proportions the same allover, which causes the head's UVs to get very much smaller than I'd like them to be. If I scale up my head's UVs would it look weird in the seams?
I'm planning on giving the character hair, so I don't think I need to worry too much about the UVs on top/at the back of the head.

Please give me any kind of crits! I need to know what I am doing right/wrong. :)
