Thanks Arturro for supporting me.
Slow, but I made my first sketch. I know it looks a bit messy, so I decided to add some comments on it.
Creaptoriuns is quite egoistic creatures. They never care of anybody’s convenience as sincerely consider that creature should overcome it\'s problems independently, and only those who can - have a right to exist. So, it is a world, occupied by flying creatures for which the condition of rest is reached in an upside down position :D . Affairs of intergalactic importance are solved in a very prestigious place. The most prestigious places are spacious and high ceiling halls. So it turns out, that there is no floor under the legs of diplomats - there is very deep aperture, so they suspend themselves by convenient enough handcuffs.

Hi all!
Firstly, forgive me my bad english :(
And the reason that I enter this challenge so late is not because i trying to hide something, but because I have just learned about it.
I'm absolutely the beginner here, and it will be my first such work, but it gives me a reason "to fight" and I'll do my best :)
Unfortunately I’ve got a job to do on this week and this week ends with my birthday, so I’ll be 1-2 days in uncondition  But I keep hoping I’ll be able to post my work in progress in few days.

And hi everybody! I’m afraid I became crazy about this challenge - I can not productively work at all, constantly I think over any trifles, frequently unnecessary. And I am angry on myself for it :banghead:
Nevertheless I developed a legend and sketch will be soon.

legend:
The Earth is overpopulated and people have to discover new planets to create colonies on them. Among other known planets, occupied and not occupied, there are Ineya, which is the most similar to Earth by a chemical compound and climatic factors. There are creatures living on that planet, which overpowering humans on it’s development level (technical and spiritual), who call themselves creaptoriuns. Creaptoriuns are freindly and enlightened. Earthmen already had experience of dialogue with them. People have the trading agreement with Ineya on which we supply to them with biological resources in exchange for the information on scientific development in the field of an energy extraction. And here, a few person are sent on Ineya with diplomatic mission. Our goal to achieve from creaptoriuns is the consent of accommodation of the colony on their planet.
idea:
There are a lot of well known arts on Grand Space Opera theme. In most of them aliens looks either comical or ugly from human point of view. I think it happens because of attempt to put them in a framework that is habitual for us. If the difference between the alien and the human was shown, it was expressed only in appearance. I was always surprised with this. In my opinion the main distinctions should be not in appearance, but in social norms and norms of behaviour. Differences of a biological structure is only a precondition for the development of aesthetic, moral-ethical views. In my work I would like to show that the man can look comically and silly in the world created by another creatures for themselves, and an alien aesthetics, that it is harmonious in their world. I want to show humans from the alien point of view.
Uh-oh, the problem is to work out all of this :)
