sorry, 11mb not progressive streaming... too big for me to bother.... any chance of 'fast start' (progressive stream) version at 5/6mb max?

:hmm:
i downloaded It and had a look .
You have done a nice work ! You need to continue !
Some nices design ideas (robot, gun eyes)
good sounds.
But :
The animations of the droid are very strange, too smooth, it should be more straigh, smoother are the animations, less dynamic is the story. (The story is vrey strange... But it's your idea ! :-)
when the droid walk it's too smooth (very strange) not enough dynamic above all when the camera is above the droid walking down.
So, that are some critics... I can't do that. You Must continue !

Interesting story. I love the model of the robot, everything works well parts-wise, I like how she folds up (my favorite part in fact). I agree with harnelbe about the animation being too organic on the robot, but maybe that's how you wanted it, but the rigidity in the "fold-up" animation should have been continued throughout IMHO. Another crit is to add some more effects to the gun, like a barrel flash and some smoke when the spent shell is ejected from the chamber. It looks like you were influenced by the "phantoms" of Final Fantasy, and the Matrix. Also, you're environment reminds of Tron. Cool tho. The only thing that bothers me is that she dies at the end. Why? You should try to explain this better in the film. Good job overall though.

Hello,
Congrats on a decent render. I would say that the animation needs some tweaking but the overall look is nice and very appealling. I would like to see some particle action when the creature collides with the wall or objects. Also
more sweetened sound! Keep on going!
Peace!

i don't get it.
parts of it look nice.
some of the camera angles are great. (one spinning helicopter shot coming down from above the robot springs to mind) and others were quite lacking (jumpy cuts looking down the hall)
some animations were really good (the robot folding up, removing the gun from her leg, and the eyepiece coming out were very cool), and others were quite lacking (the run cycle, the backflip, the cutting action)
some renders looked good (i enjoyed the toon style) but others weren't so good (the entire environment looks like something out of a dire straits video, and doesn't look toon shaded, while the robot does).
overall, it was pretty good, but with a few tweaks it could be excellent.

I like it! nice graphic style with lots of influences from A.I./Matrix/All is full of love/Final Fantasy :) but a nice mix indeed. Great sound too. Some of the animations like the runcycle could use some tweaking, and the shell from the gun makes a metallic noise before even hitting the floor ;)
edit: oh btw, you should compress it with DivX or Quicktime6 mpeg4, the sound is noisy, resolution low and filesize big, it's a shame, it could be a lot better :)

hi...i also think that this is an interesting piece of animation!
i like your cyborg and the story!
but i think the orange thing acts strange the moves of it are not very good, not that good as the cyborg moves, even the cyborg moves are really to smooth , as some said already...
but anyway i think you did a great job!!!

humm, intresting animation...although the story is hard to understand.
Red thing reminds me of Final Fantasy.
