Might a be newbie question, but I havent found button to move to next possible keyframe. Does such button exist in Cinema? Would be a life-saver on my current project.

Window > Layout > Command Manager.
You have the commands GoTo Next Frame, GoTo Next Key, GoTo Frame..., GoTo Marker. etc.
Just assign a shortcut, or add the icons to your layout ( and save it...)
