View Full Version : How to make bright light?

Hey, I was wondering how to do really bright sunlight shining trough a window into a room. If I create regular light, the room is totaly dark. If I make skylight, the Room is still dark. If I make sunlight, it's much better, but still, no bright light. I increased Amount to 200+ but nothing. To show you what I mean, look at the picture below....

hmmmm... sorry don't know enough abouyt finalRender anynore to tell ya. Generally your point of increasing the value of the light would be correct. Is there a fR light that you can use?

What most people who use fr would do is to place an area light right outside the window. It might be a little slower but it will light up the room perfectly.
