Hello,

I have a problem with objects that fade into nothing still throwing shadows on objects are visible. I'm thinking even though it looks like certain objects disappear into thin air they still generate shadows similar to how clear glass might. Is there a way around this such as a shadow map setting or something with the lighting? I need all objects to have shadows when visible but invisible objects throwing shadows is really distracting in the rendering. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not sure exactly what your looking for but if you just want invisible objects not to cast shadows uncheck cast shadow in their object properties.
