Anybody know how I can change text colour ?

I can change the background colour easily, but can't find any reference to changing actual text colour, i.e. my background colour is quite dark and I want some white text, but all I currently have is black text!

Could you be more specific about what text you are talking about?
custom windows,
interface buttons,
viewport, etc.....

interface buttons for example, or just text within a window - for a title.

That is derrived from window settings.
As far as i know only the viewport text color could be changed.

Yeah, I thought it may be tied to that. I actually got around it by utilising a bitmap instead, not very efficient, but nicer than plain text anyway! :)
