Hello all!
I am a bit frustrated due to connect poly shape is screwing with me..
I have modelled a head with this method, and now i have modelled an ear separate from the head, with the same technique. i deleted the history, cpsbase and cpsproxy of the ear and the women, i combined these two parts together and merged the vertices. Now i started to refine the ear, i rotated a bunch of vertices, started pulling some of them and so on... now i wanted to use split polygon tool and as soon as i had made a cut in my model it, all my changes i had done to my ear poped back as it was when i had just mergeg the ear... I tried to import the scene in to a new project but my head was now invisible... and now in all my saves after I just had merged the ear with the head were invisible...

I have tried i couple of times now, but it always popsbacks when i´m trying to split..

Have anyone experienced this problem? I would appriciate any tips on how i can connect my ear with out breaking the whole mesh...
Btw does anyone know how to clean a model from all cps attributes so that it is a plane and simple ply model?

Best Regards
Niklas Jacobson

Checked normals? Deleted history?

I use CPS frequently and haven't had much trouble yet, but since I downloaded version 3.5 Beta some strange nodes appeared in the hyperGraph each time I use it. Sometimes the normals are flipped too. My experience is that as long as you stick to the Control window buttons when it comes to get rid of CPS it usually works fine. But if you start deleting by yourself it messes things up. I don't know if this helps you, just sharing my expereince.;)

Thx! for your reply, I´m going to try to delete cps via control window! And attach the ear again..
