Just a quick info blast - I've added a collection of images on the WarDevil thread http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=187148&page=2 (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=187148&page=2) (just to give a little taste of the project) - it's in the 3D Stills section... I should have posted in the Animation section - but it wasn't there earlier in the week!
Also I'd like to confirm it's 100% Lightwave (I've been getting a few mails regarding XSI use) - I think because our Character Team supervisor has an interview over at XSI Base (http://www.xsibase.com/articles.php?detail=63) :)
 to everyone
I loved the trailer, fantastic work all round! Best LW work i've seen in a while!

Hi Guys :)
Just FYI - I've been chatting with the Supervisors & we are going to be expanding our Production Pipeline early next year. We'll continue using Lightwave and also start to prepare for our full length movie project. Currently we're experimenting with XSI :)
I'll keep you all updated.

Top notch work all around, you guys did an excellent job. It's nice to see work of this quality being pulled off with Lightwave, of course we all know that it can be done but it's still nice to see. I jumped into this thread because it was a "Digi-guys" thread and I was curious to see what was going on.
The news about expanding your pipeline for a full length movie project with XSI caught my attention, because I read in another thread on another forum where you stated that Lightwave choked a little on some of the more heavier content.
If you could possible expand on what your teams interest in XSI are from a development standpoint, and how both tools may or may not fit in your pipeline, I would be very appreciative.
*Note: This isn't a XSI vs. LW request, with the obvious skills that this team has, It makes one wonder what else is needed based on the content that has already been produced with Lightwave. Not to mention that I have heard so many LW users say that XSI would be a logical next step to adding another 3D tool to your already existing pipeline.

For this, I'll have to chat with the Supervisors :)
I'll post a reply once I get more info  - I'm Administrator here at Digi-Guys... so, the technical stuff isn't my dept (although I've picked up a lot over the years!).
Look for a post soon
