The blues and reds feel oversaturated, but it's hard to say since I don't know where you're going with it. I can't see anything that looks wrong. ^^

The saturation of the red and blues are good don't change that. But get rid of the Black shadows. Shadows are usually not black and especially when A spotlight comes from above.
And think more about the position of the lightsource....in this case ther should be more shadowarea on his arms casted by his head.
Another thing is that only the surfaces facing directly the light are the brightest areas. You painted the same hightlihgs everywhere. So for example the highlihgs on his lower right leg should be darker than the upper area. Same thing with the arms. They don't recieve so much light. The pose looks good so far. What do you want to do with his hands?
Hope this helps!
keep it up
cheers

Well I got the idea from a spiderman cover.... I'm going to have him holding someones hand.. and thanx for the tip on the shading
ok I just made a super quick paintover to show you what I mean about the colors.
Maybe a warmer spotlight would fit better. I added also some dust to bring in more atmosphere. Maybe it's too bright now....
Hope you don't mind. I will take it down if you do.
