CGTalk - CS Layers collapse error?

I'm using Max ver.7 trial .. I have animated biped in 4-5 layers and then when I executing collapse layers command.. some part of animations beacome totaly mess!:( Hands going in diferrent angels and the collapsed animation do not looks like beafore collapsing.
And help?
