These are early days - I haven't thought of releasing Mayhem as a commercial plugin yet. However, would I like to see Mayhem as a plugin or integrated within Character Studio Crowd? Absolutely! Who knows what the future will bring ... I'll keep you all posted ;-)

It *seems* like i read something, somewhere, from the developer regarding commercial plans for this script... maybe i'm thinking of something else, but is vaguely remember seeing a potential price of XXXX thousands. I don't recall anything more than that, and if it wasn't Mayhem someone please correct me.

But in any case, I highly doubt you're going to see it for free download on scriptspot, or priced at $299 on Turbosquid. This appears to be a very high-end development targeted to larger-scale production needs.
