I ma having problems importing my LW models into Max. The models remain static in Max and wouldn't budge no matter how hard you pull. Is there a plug-in that does this LW-Max export efficiently?

Do a search on this forum, there's plenty of info on the matter. One plug-in is called FBX or something like that, and exports scene files aswell as objects.
I have been doing a bit of this myself of late. A few things. When using OBJ, the objects import into max ridiculously small. The first thing you have to do is scale them by 1,000,000 or there abouts.
With UV maps, I've found that you need to export the objects in their individual continous parts. So in the case of my last exercise, an elephant, I had to export, the tusks, eyes, and body seperately. For some reason I can't find the get the UV's when exporting the whole object.
As I say, there's plent of info on this forum.

Kaydara's Motionbuiler FBX exporter works great for getting UV textured models out of LW and into Max.
I dunno what you mean by "won't budge" though. Did you accidentally hit the spacebar and lock it? (I do that all the friggin' time when I have to work with Max)
