Face model Advice needed

my advice would be "Keep on modelling"
you ve done a good job so far, but there is still alot of work to do
first of all you should concentrate on the proportions of the head and afterwards create the details
especially in the sideview you can see that the proportions still need some attention
i cant see the reference but it looks as if they are different women, am i right ?
use some standard reference
