We are looking for a Maya Shader / Texture artist for a new animated television series that we are creating. This artist must have a strong understanding of Maya shader networks and texturing skills for creating incredible renders. This position is freelance based and applicants can work from home. Applicants must provide samples of their abilities via web portfolio. NO EMAILS WITH ATTACHMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Responsibilities
--------------------------
- Will take Maya Character / Prop models and create shader networks and texture files.
- Some UV layout will be required for low and mid resolution models.
Requirements
--------------------------
- Personal copy of Alias Maya 5.
- Personal copy of Adobe Photoshop.
- One or more years past experience creating Shading Networks / Texture Files.
- Hi-Speed Internet Connection
- Student portfolios with exceptional work will be considered.
