Wow, looks great. Nice lighting. Only crit is the edges look a little to sharp. Need to get a little bit of bevel in there. Nice work.

It seems lightscape (or Viz)... the only thing I don't like is represented by the sun shadows, they're a bit too hard.

I agree, the plants are too repeating.
The bottom one looks like a lower anti-aliasing level.
Everything else is right on target.

woOOOow, that's a nice lightning. But , I guess, it's integrated in your 3d package :)
architecturally-wise,in the first image, what is the use of the farther windows on the left wall, they're looking on... a wall (the GI points it well, the area is in shadows). Anyway, great work. I prefer the concept in the first image, like the Nordic style of it, the use of wood. Still has to be develloped, I guess (like the windows).

first image:
i can see jaggies along the top edges of the balconies. more geometry is necessary.

second image:
the little twin-light fixtures on the walls also tip off to this being 3D. each fixture has 2 lights with lampshades, but the lighting in the scene has only 1 spotlight on each, and at such an incorrect angle as to cast the shadow of the fixture on the wall, and the real fixture wouldn't do that. i would use point lights to make more realistic lighting and shadows.

apologies for my obsession with reality ;)
