Hello. I haven't used Combustion much and I was thinking how could I increase or decrease the speed of a footage? I have used Apples FinalCut Pro and there is this Time Remap thing where you can set a variable speed for it but I would like to learn the same thing (and a lot more) with Combustion. (i use combustion2)

So if someone could help I would appreciate it....

thanks

Combustion doesn't have a builtin timewarp, without the help of a plugin you're basically stuck with basic retime features (time stretch).

Case you're a Windows user you might want to check out Jam Retimer from Jamination which is free
- http://www.jamination.com/combustiondev.htm

And there are other paid options like RealVIZ ReTimer and ReVision Effects Twixtor.

For basic speed changes in C* you just need to open the footage controls and click on the "Output button" on the left, you'll see a box called "Time Stretch" on right side, close to the footage info and thumbnails.

I hope this helps.
