Good job, movement is pretty fluid. Thats not really music you would break dance to though. Give that B Boy some Run Dmc, Jurassic 5, or another ol' skool beat to break to.
you know what you could add: some of the finger motions common in hiphop videos...

Nice animation, though I agree that the music definately NOT suited for breakin'. Throw some 80's rap or breakbeat on that sucker.

I would replace the music like everyone has noted and change the animation in the first part - it's not very breakdance-like. His floor routine is pretty good, also the camera angles on it work pretty well. I think people would get more replies if they also post a still together with their animation to get everyone interested.

the animation is cool, the footwork may need a little work tho. the music DEFINATELY has to change. try some of these tracks:
Simon Says - by Pharoah Monch
Born to Roll - by Masta' Ace
The Mexican - by The Babe Ruth Band
Brass Monkey- by The Beastie Boys
I Believe in Miracles - by Bar Kaays
RockCreek Park - i forgot who made this song :thumbsdow
GoodFoot - James Brown
if you need some more, let me know

Again same comment about the music, its quite distracting. other than that the animation is excellent great fluid cartoon style for a great cartoon character. Well done.
