I installed max 4 along time ago and then I installed character studio 3.1 today I dont see any of the tools and I cant figure out how to register any ideas?

The biped feature is locaed in the last button to the right on the create panel. And then there is Physique in the modifiers tab...
It'll ask you to register when first try an option such as this

Have you read the manual? It should tell you up front how to register, set up etc.:D
