CGTalk - file unit scale

Hi,
in france, I work with centimeters scenes, and have configured my maxstart like this. Then when lmoading max5 files or us friends files, I got a popup asking scaling/adopt file unit scale.
How to haven't this popup and let max automatically adopt file unit system ? (max5)
