How do I make and USE HDRI in cinema 4d?
How do I use Net rendering? ( I have two computers on a LAN )
What do caustics do?
Thanks for any help!

Most strange. C4D comes with a manual either printed or pdf. Maybe you should contact Maxon.

I reiterate the fact that I don't have a manual. Does anyone have any good explanations or need I search google further?

Not to push the point, but you can download .pdf manuals from Maxon's site. If that's too much bother I wouldn't count on people falling over each other to answer your questions.

Sorry Sanfranguy, I went to your deviant links and the caustics was working but the full view wouldnt work for me (this is a problem I'm experiencing right now.. when I click full view I rarely can see the entire image, rather the page just displays without the image), and your HDRI tutorial which i was Looking really forward to see seems to be 404... sorry :(

I don't have any first hand experience with HDRI, but I would suggest you check the subforum for tutorials and tips at the top of the page. Also do a search of the forum while you are up in the right hand corner. HDRI post come up regularly on this forum. Hope this helps.

You can download a quickstart pdf, but not the manual, but it is good enough to get familiar with the demo version. Unless I am missing something.

yeah it seems like they've taken the R8 ones down so they can replace them with the 9 ones but it looks like they havent got round to it, the R8 ones are still on their server though its just the links that have been removed
