mmm... maybe is a stupid question... Did u define weight maps and restriction tags?
Matty I have had that problem more times then I can remember.
Generally I just make vert or poly tags for both eyes and connect them to the model itself, that way everything moves as planned.I suppose you could also try a target expression, havent tried that before myself but it might work
Failing that in the Maxon links on Maxons site their is a link to a tute by Nick Woolridge {hope thats his name} where he adds an expression for this problem :)

I didn't find the tutorial Kiwi mentioned...
but this one was linked from Maxon's resources:
http://home.t-online.de/home/swhauth/RatTut/rat2E.html
http://home.t-online.de/home/swhauth/RatTut/rattekl.mov
The resulting animation is pretty impressive...
Sorry it was in the 3rd party tutes :hmm:

I think he is using 6,so there is probably an easier way to do it now.I find it is just as easy to make a vert tag for each eye and connect the whole deal together.

Try do add some strength to the bone: maybe 500% would be ok.
Than give to the restriction TAG both the names, one for the head and one for the eyes weight maps.
This worked for me.
thanks Kiwi, I hadn't seen that one before!

looks like you forgot a vmap and restriction tag. and you should decrease the lenght of the bone a bit. it should end exactly at the end of the head.

Sorry... I was to pissed off to ad text...
Its not the eyes- I got them to move fine its the fact that the head warps as though i have only assinged just a few bits of the nose to the bone when i have used the whole thing. I turned up the radius to huge (as pictured) shrunk/growen the bone still the nose warps...
Thansk for all the hints... will try in the next few days

Ah definitely use a vert tag then :)
To make sure I have all the polys of one area selected I always invert the selection and then you can tell really easily if any polys are not included in your vert tag :)
