Hello. I'm new to this forum and I thought I would start by posting a sculpture.
I finished molding a portrait of a friend Anders today. It's modelled in clay, then molded in plaster. I want to kick myself for not taking the pictures before I molded it (the clay sculpture is destroyed in the process and looks so much better), but I guess it's too late now (sigh).
Also, I forgot to take a picture of Anders, so you can't really compare it, but still.

I can't change anything now (I can't add anything at least), but any C&C are more than welcome, so that I don't make the same mistakes again.

Here is an image, there are more here! (http://www.otakt.com/rikard/new/Sculpture/PortraitOfAnders/)

Nice work. It's important to understand sculpture. This will help you tons in 3D.

Have you tried using sculpy?
