That's right Folks, paid to use 3D Studio all day everyday creating advanced lighting solutions and unique architecture AND I QUIT!
They even let me play with an ONXY II reality engine and port my scenes over to the SGI for use in virtual broadcast environments, camera tracking, realtime compositing, T1, etc..
But it was not enough! Secretly at night I would teach myself spline cage and subdivision modeling techniques, suffer through hours of character studio headaches and always have something rendering to learn from and refine at my next covert session.
Finally the day had come, walking away from $150K contract, 3 weeks paid vacation, flex time, was I crazy? Perhaps but now I will shut my trap and hope that some of you follow the story to my just updated domain Ls3D where you can see what I am up to these days... surreal, real, commercial and artistic.
This year I have completed an animated homage to Dali, a xbox set design, a snowboarding gamecube man , a talking ATM machine,... and yes a naked rude frog with no smile targets..

FYI - 475 Mb's of quicktime movies (mostly big:confused: ) and renders uploaded. BTW - Site just redesigned AGAIN! Streamlined the look a bit and provided 'Save As' access to quicktime movies.
