CGTalk - Maya to Lightwave

I want to export my model from Maya and bring it into lightwave. I have a plugin for Maya version 2 and 3 but I have version four. Does anyone know a process on how I might go about doing this. I am also aware of the beaver project, but it is not available. Any help would be great.
