CGTalk - importing from Maya

Hello I usually use maya but I wanted to get a little into Xsi for its rendering, better integration with mental Ray. I wanted to know, can I import a scene with several objects, their shaders, tex ture maps, animation, rigg, and lights ( no dynamics or particles) from Maya and then render it in Xsi?
Very gratefull for any advise!!
