Which Laptop good with Maya 4.0 ?

Read the system requirements on Alias' website or the documentation that came with Maya if you already have it. These are the minimum spec's so that means double the RAM (or max the notebook out) and get the best vid card and largest screen size (UXGA of course) you can possible get at your price point. Choose Dell ;)

dell inspiron 8600 , i run maya 6 and xsi 4 on it everyday , have no problems whatsoever.

I got the WSXGA+ , wuxga is too high res for my eyes.

sheep - what videocard are you running in that dell?

and - does it have any problem with overlays (ie sculpt tool, etc.)
