it's starting to shape up now, is his head a little large or his arms too short? maybe not, he is an alien after all. he reminds me of napoleon.

You know i've watched a lot of B5, i dont recall him ever smoking... Also if you are looking at him head on, should you see both flaps of hair, and the ears that long?... Other than that it is suitable for the royal court.
