i was working on that minator, but when i started the texture i was having problems with the way it was turning out so i made so really cheat heads and started texturing so i can go back to the minator and make it good. heres what i have so far a lot of work still,with contast and seem breaks still there. ive been doing a lot of jumping back and forworth as ive been working.

Wireframes would be helpful in knowing how efficiently you're getting about this look.

So far so good on the textures. I'm assuming you're going for a horror look, but I don't know if that explains the lack of ears or not. You seem to have an understanding of facial anatomy, which is good, because you don't see people paying attention to that very often. Let's see your updates!

ya ill put up wires tonight a long with an update. the reason theres no ears and i didnt just put wires in the first place was because im trying to make textures facial textures not an over good model, actually the modles them selves really suck lol. but ill put some wires up tonight :D thanx for the response

sometimes I set up a lighting rig and bake the lighting into a clone that's been subdivided and

usually I just look at the lightmap as a contrast guide as I paint the textures as opposed to using it directy in the texture

this gives me a fairly quick and accurate template to how the topology self shades

your textures look fairly good though I find the highlighhts in the lips and chin areas need some shading with respect to the topology directly above it.

I'd also put some variety into the eyes they all look fairly derivative of one another

yah ive done the baking of light before for doing textures but didnt do it this time ill go back and do that so i have some more to work from. thanx for the other comments i agree. there seems to be a lot missing tho not sure what it is still working thanx

The textures look like height maps, take more consideration as to where your light is coming from and shade accordingly.
Otherwise they look great, some cool and creepy heads.

thanx man, right now they're 1024X1024 but im going to bust them down to 512x512 when im done :D
