Is there a tool that make's it possible to conform a high poly, non connected set of geometry to a subpatched curve or spline?
Real world example is: I had a seamless rock pattern modeled out and I had to apply it to a retaining wall that skirts a driveway, in the form of an S-curve. Now it's easy to cut and paste the patern on a flat plane, but to then apply it to curves is quite difficult. I ended up doing it the hard way, by hand, but does anyone know of a tool that would expidite this sort of task?
Kind regards,
Micah
