Cool. My only crits are:

Where is the rest of her head?

The cigar should be darker in relation to her skin contrast, that would do 2 things, create a sharper focus and create a greater sense of perspective and depth.

anyway hahahah that is an awesome pic the detail is da bomb keep it up but like Wacom_Knight said you should prob change the color but besides that great sketch

Yeah you were right about the cigar, i just overlooked it, be a hell of a fatty though. Any other ideas?

It looks like the way her lips are she couldn't be holding the cigar in her mouth. It looks to me like it's being held up by an invisible hand or something. Are you planning on putting in a hand holding the cigar? It's very good if you ask me.
