HI! here my first skech.

It will be an Asteroid with space City inside connected to planet/star with some "cables" I'm sure of this.. what you think guys?

Yes of course ;), there will be stars and ships.

Here is WIP of the inner city.. there will be some glow between buildings, ships, etc..

my only problem with that is that I don't really recognize it as a city. It kind of looks sparkly, but not city like. Maybe have some buildings stick up more?

you are right... as i wrote there will be some glow between buldings so then it will be recognizible contours of buildings
