This is a model I've just started creating using 3ds max 5. I've been looking at it too long and need critiques on making the face look more female. Help.

Thanks.

The chin horns look too much like a beard. I think you should get rid of them.

It looks great but it looks like a guys head and nothing like a female's head.

Thanks for the critiques, but what is makiing it look like a male head? I did get rid of the chin horns and that helped some.

Use a relax modifier on the rough parts like the cheeks, brow, sides of the nose and jaw. Smoothing out those parts will make it look female. Proportions also need fixes. Eye line should be half the height of the head. Too much space between the upper lip and nose. Ears are missing.

I would loose the horns, looks too much like a goatee. Or move them up on her face, maybe smaller in size and protruding from her cheek bones.

Thank you. I will try to relax and smooth out her features. The chin horns are already gone. I'll have to keep those in mind if I do a male devil.

Wow! That relax modifier is awesome! I've never used it before, but I'll be using it a lot now. Thanks.

Yeah. I said the same thing, back in Max 2.5. I learned it from an old character modeling video.
