Latest Update: Concept Sketch: Planet Concept

I was trying out some ideas for the planet itself and came up with this. I used some tips and tricks from Greg Martin and liked the effect...

Trying to get some ideas down on paper, I wanted to do something a little more mystical. Think I need a little more brain-storming.

Nice start, just my POV, the castle/cloud and mountain are all running tangent alignment to each other, you might want to stagger the arrangment (clouds left, mountain down to give the the castle more perspective lift, and move the castle off portrait center).

Looking forward to the rest

Cool thanks for the advice, but keep in mind this is just an idea the pov and things will change once I get some time 2 start. Thinking about adding ships and a hero and heroine to the picture also, and add the villain too. Make a movie poster out of the thing.

Not really a sketch but couldn't think of what else to call it...being just an idea to build on.
