Is there a plugin or script which generates polygons in the same size over the whole mesh, need it very soon, Please Help !!!

I don't think there is anything like that. Maybe you could subdivide the object a bunch and then run a polygon reduction thing on it to even out the distribution.

I don't see an easy way to do that...I'd go the way uncon proposed.

You could try Point Fit.. create a mesh with evenly sized polys and point fit to the original mesh...

what's the mesh that you are using look like?

maybe band glue will work

You can use bandglue to reduce the edges. You might also pick points off the one object, create splines and patch. :)
