If you are talking bout animating the UV's from a mesh to modify the way the texture is applied at diff times, it is not possible, AFAIK.

If you're talking about textures deforming accurately, check out the "Stick Texture Tag".

if you're just talking about animating the texture projection then look at the options in the texture tag

i mean transforming uvs in bodypaint3d,not animating uvs in cinema4d.

before you do the transform go to UV Edit->Store UV, then after you've edited and moved your uv's around choose UV Edit->Remap

before you do the transform go to UV Edit->Store UV, then after you've edited and moved your uv's around choose UV Edit->RemapIs this method similar to the generate uvw coordinate tool? What is their distinction?

Generate is used to turn default mapping (e.g., spherical, cubic, flat) into UVW mapping. Store UV is used to save changes to existing UVW mapping.

Do you have the texture tag selected in the Object Manager? If not, that's why.

what is the usage of stick texture tag in the objects manager?how is it different from texture tag?

I'm pretty sure you can find that in the manual.

If it's not in the BP manual, then it's in the C4D manual , which you can download direct from the Maxon Site. (www.maxon.net)
In any case, read the manual first. Your question is way too broad for anyone to provide a specific answer to it.

The 'stick texture' tag does exactly that - it makes sure that a texture that is applied with standard projection (i.e. cubic or flat mapping for instance as opposed to UV-mapping) does not slip when the object is deformed, but rather is deformed along with it.
If you are using a texture mapped with UV-coordinates, then 'stick texture' will not actually make any difference at all.

could you elaberate the using procedure of the 'stick texture 'tag?
